GEORGE Town Festival (GTF) director Joe Sidek has refuted criticism that the annual event in Penang sidelines the Malay community in favour of others.
Pointing to this year’s programme, he said there were no fewer than 200 Malay talents involved from artistes to choreographers and producers.
