A THREE-day festival showcasing the culture and arts of several communities as well as sale of items and food by entrepreneurs will be held at Fort Cornwallis in Penang from today to Sunday.
The Penang Entrepreneur, Culture & Arts (Penca) 2K17 Festival will, among others, feature silat, tomoi, chingay, boria, dragon dance, tabla drum and ghazal performances. It will also hold various demonstrations such as mat weaving and dodol-making.
