THE people can be the eyes and ears of the police and tip them off or file complaints via the Volunteer Smartphone Patrol (VSP) app.

ASP Shahrul Anuar Abd Shukor, from the Subang Jaya district police headquarters (IPD) crime prevention and community safety department, said this in reply to a resident who complained about illegal gambling activities in Puchong during the Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) town hall meeting at the Puchong Utama MPSJ multipurpose hall.
