SIBU: Parents of children with special needs are urged to discard their “denial syndrome” to allow implementation of rehabilitation by primary care providers.

Welfare, Community Well Being, Women, Family, and Childhood Development Minister Datuk Fatimah Abdullah said the biggest challenge faced by primary care providers was parents’ negative attitude.
