Residents brace for more floods


A suspension bridge in Kampung Botung, 20km near Kota Belud was damaged following the downpour on Monday.

KOTA KINABALU: Overcast skies continue to loom over west coast Sabah as residents take precautionary measures to avoid getting caught in flash floods.

Parents are picking up their children early from school while motorists return home early to try to keep themselves safe from the series of downpours that has triggered flash floods since Aug 11.
