Nazri says hotels play vital role in nation‘s economic development

More upscale hotels are needed to attract high-spending tourists and boost the local tourism industry, said Tourism and Culture Minister Datuk Seri Nazri Aziz.

He said beyond increasing the number of arrivals, local players must be able to provide a better tourism experience and promote spending by tourists.
