HOUSEWIFE Irene Tan, 76, was about to go out for her usual exercise when she heard a loud crashing sound outside her house in Jalan Tanjung Bungah, Penang. 

A huge tree branch snapped and crashed into her house compound, just minutes before she was about to carry out her daily routine.
