MUAR: Local councils should enforce existing laws to ensure all parties abide by rules to resolve flood issues, said Urban Well-Being, Housing and Local Government Minister Tan Sri Noh Omar.
He said policies under the National Physical Planning Council required each development to be properly planned to prevent floods.
