INCESSANT complaints by a small group of parents regarding a construction project at a primary school has frustrated the school’s board of governors.
The project is a new sports arena at SJK(C) Puay Chai 2 in Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya, which is a shaded basketball court with additional lines for a volleyball court.
