KUCHING: The construction of the Baleh hydroelectric plant (HEP), scheduled to begin in October next year, will be done according to international and industry best practices.

Sarawak Energy Bhd (SEB) chairman Datuk Amar Abdul Hamed Sepawi said this was in line with the company’s structured procurement policies and procedures, which ensures that it works with the best in class contractors to deliver high-quality projects.
