FOR the past three years, 63-year-old nasi lemak seller Hamzah Awang had been trading in constant fear of enforcement in Jalan Bukit Panchor 1, Nibong Tebal, Penang.
Now, he can finally operate in peace in his new relocated spot in Jalan Industri 2, about 200m down the road.
