SYARIKAT Bekalan Air Selangor (Syabas) has announced that there will be a disruption in water supply in parts of Klang town as it undertakes equipment replacement works near Mapletree Factory beginning at 8am on Aug 10.
The water cut will last until Aug 11 at 2pm.
"In an on-going effort to further improve water services to customers in Klang, water distribution system equipment in front of Mapletree Factory, beside Sg. Damansara and the T-junction of Section 25, Klang will be replaced on Aug 10, 2017," Syabas said in a statemant.
"Several areas in Klang will experience temporary water interruption during the equipment replacement works from 8.00am, Aug 10, 2017 to 2.00pm, Aug 11, 2017.
The affected areas in Klang are as follows:

Jalan 25/126 & Jalan 25/127, Sri Muda
Harun Estate/Selatevan

Batu 4 Kg Jawa
Batu 2 ½ - Batu 8, Bukit Kemuning

Saying it regretted any inconvenience caused, Syabas said very effort would be undertaken to expedite the replacement works.
"Consumers are advised to store sufficient water supply before the works begin on August 10, 2017," it said.
