JOHOR BARU: Homebuyers are quickly snapping up residential units at Meridin East in Pasir Gudang, which is the biggest township development for Mah Sing Group Bhd.
Its southern region senior general manager for development Benjamin Ong said the company had reached a 97% take-up rate for the first phase of the project launched last year.
