Residents: Removed plants were well maintained

They are not buying MBPP’s explanation that their plants, removed late last month, had become unmanageable.

They declared in a protest petition that the city council “implied that the residents were not responsible and did not display any social sense of obligation in maintaining the plants and the bamboos”.
