KUCHING: Sarawak government will build the Trusan dam in Lawas to provide water and energy to the area.

Chief Minister Datuk Amar Abang Johari Tun Openg said this was in line with plans to develop the highland area, including Lawas and Limbang, by the new Highlands Development Agency under the Regional Corridor Development Authority (Recoda).
