New NGO to uphold Chinese arts, culture

SHARING culture and creativity is at the heart of what the VR Cultural and Creative Association Malaysia has set out to do.

The association, which was accredited in March by The Registry of Societies of Malaysia in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, is a not-for-profit organisation that functions mainly as a training institution to nurture different skills and talents of individuals.
