CLASSROOMS in SJK (T) Ramakrishna in Scotland Road, Penang, were filled with the chants of ancient holy verses during the 15th Thirumurai (Hindu devotional hymns) Recital Festival.
Donning colourful traditional Indian attire and with vibuthi (holy ash) spread on their foreheads, some 120 participants recited their hymns before the judges.
