KLUANG: The Government wants the relevant authorities to speed up the construction of a sanitary landfill at Ladang CEP in Simpang Renggam to prevent contamination of raw water supply.

Deputy Natural Resources and Environment Minister Datuk Hamim Samuri said the move was vital to ensure there would not be future disruptions in treated water supply to consumers in Simpang Renggam.
