Pink mosque Raya cake for Sabah head of state

KOTA KINABALU: The Promenade Hotel spent three days to bake a 98kg cake for Sabah Head of State Tun Juhar Mahiruddin and wife, Toh Puan Norlidah R.M Jasni in conjunction with the Hari Raya celebrations.

Hotel group sales and marketing director Anita Chung said that the cake, a 3D pink mosque was the result of brainstorming and contribution of ideas by 10 pastry personnel in the hotel.
