DBKL: Let experts patch up potholes

INDIVIDUALS who are not engaged by Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) cannot go around patching up potholes on city roads, said its executive director (socio-economic development) Datuk Ibrahim Yusoff.

He said this was because they might not be aware of the safety elements involved.
