Raising customer experience at revamped store

SAMSUNG Malaysia Electronics Sdn Bhd relaunched one of its most prominent Samsung Experience Store Large (SESL) outlets in the country at The Gardens Mall, Kuala Lumpur.

Being only one of the few SESL stores in Malaysia with a vast retail area that integrates merchandising, experiential zones and customer service, the reopening marks the first major revamp since SESL’s inception in 2013 and incorporates the new flagship store concept for the brand.
