DESPITE learning English as his first language, Ryan Khoo Sheng Xian’s parents were adamant in wanting him to gain better exposure to the language outside of school.
He was sent to the Ipoh Learning and Training institute (ILTI) two years ago to further brush up his mastery of the global language as his parents want him to be able to match English standards overseas.
