JOHOR BARU: The signing of nine memorandum of understanding and agreements worth some RM31bil between Malaysia and China would bring vast opportunities to the local economy.
Johor Baru Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry president Datuk Loh Liam Hiang said the republic’s Belt and Road initiative will have a positive effect on technology transfer, human capital training, enhanced industrial competitiveness and create business and employment opportunities.
