Aspiring chef perfecting her skills at Ramadan bazaar

STUDENT by day and ‘chef’ by night, Nur Fathirah Arani enjoys helping to make her family’s signature ‘Kambing Hot Plate’ to sell at the various Ramadan bazaars in the state every week.

Owing it to her father who runs food stalls at various night markets and her brother who suggested preparing a mutton dish as it was uncommon, the 16-year-old student said cooking had become her passion.
