Eatery fined second time in a week for failing to install grease traps

A RESTAURANT at the Icon City commercial hub in Bukit Tengah, Penang, has been slapped with another summons for failing to install a grease trap in its kitchen.

It was the second time the restaurant was issued a summons for the offence by the Seberang Prai Municipal Council (MPSP) within a week.
