‘Still no undersea tunnel’

PENANG MCA has raised doubts about the sincerity of the state in implementing the Penang Transport Master Plan (PTMP).

Its organising secretary Dr Tan Chuan Hong said the master plan could just be a move to fish for votes during the next general election.
