Investigative reports on HSA fire ready by September

ISKANDAR PUTERI: The special committee investigating the fire at Hospital Sultanah Aminah’s (HSA) intensive care unit will produce a report on the incident by September.

Johor Health, Environment, Education and Information Committee chairman Datuk Ayub Rahmat said two investigations were carried out after the Oct 25 fire that resulted in six deaths – one by the state and the other by the special committee.
