MIRI: The state authorities will deploy drones into the skies of Miri Division in northern Sarawak in an effort to tackle forest fires and haze in the coming months.

State Land and Air Transportation and Safety Assistant Minister Datuk Lee Kim Shin said the risk of haze and forest fires would increase as weather forecasts expect it to be hot and dry in the next few months.
