Pupils trying out their new spectacles with the help of volunteers from US-based independent non-profit organisation OneSight.
more than 3,000 adults and students in the Klang Valley had their eyes screened during the five-day Sayangi Mata Vision Clinic project at the Tun Hussein Onn National Eye Hospital (Thoneh).
Thoneh vice-chairman Datuk S. Kulasegaran said after being screened, 3,287 were required to use spectacles and were each given a pair.
