The story of the honey and the Tapang tree continues to be passed down through generations.
KUCHING: The Bidayuh tale of an enterprising bee keeper, Jurai, a hardworking commoner who ended up marrying a princess, came to life at the World Harvest Festival in a musical titled Tra Tra Land – Where Honey Sparkles.
The musical drama, conceptualised by Sarawak Cultural Village (SCV) general manager Jane Lian Labang, was adapted from an original story by Heidi Munan and Dowel.
