AN EMPTY plot of land next to a kindergarten is being used to store scrap metal, posing a health risk to children and teachers.
The kindergarten, managed by Seputeh MCA, is located on Fourth Mile, Jalan Kelang Lama, and 10 huge containers have also been placed at the site, which is said to be partly river reserve land.
