In his speech, Perak Chinese Maternity Association president Datuk Lee Hau Hian said the event was a major charitable event for the hospital in promoting a healthy lifestyle besides encouraging patients to proactively seek early treatment.

“Through this event, the public is also welcome to witness the transformation that has taken place at the hospital in terms of its facilities and added specialist clinics,” he said.

Lee also revealed that the hospital would have a brand new building to cater to patients’ needs in the near future.
