KOTA BARU: The Kelantan Government is appealing against a High Court order to declare 9361.5ha of land in Pos Belatim, Gua Musang, as orang asli customary land.
State Agriculture, Agro-based Industry and Biotechnology committee chairman Datuk Che Abdullah Mat Nawi said the term “customary land” neither existed in the peninsula Land Code nor the state constitution.
