Two mitigation projects to address problem in central Seberang Prai

TWO flood mitigation projects costing RM30mil in total will be carried out in the central Seberang Prai district of Penang later this year.

State Local Government, Traffic Management and Flood Mitigation Committee chairman Chow Kon Yeow said work on the projects, to be undertaken by the state Drainage and Irrigation Department (DID), was scheduled to commence in November this year and be completed in October 2019.
