CYCLING has been his only mode of transport all these years, so when 81-year-old Ariffin Abdullah won the grand prize – a brand new Proton Saga at the Ipoh City Council’s Assessment Taxes Lucky Draw 2017, he was lost for words.
The Keretapi Tanah Melayu Bhd (KTMB) retiree said he neither had a driving nor motorcycle licence.
