Perak state aims to become knowledge-based with week-long festival

PERAK is planning to hold a week-long “Festival of Ideas” celebration as part of its bid to be known as a knowledge-based state.

Perak Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abdul Kadir said the festival would be a first-of-its-kind event in the South-East Asia region.
