KUCHING: The state capital has been earmarked as a site for a Commonwealth Leadership Institute to train potential leaders as part of the Commonwealth Emerging Leaders training programme.

Chief Minister Datuk Amar Abang Johari Tun Openg said the proposal, if approved, would be a collaborative effort between the Commonwealth initiative and the state civil service’s Leadership Institute.
