AFTER the free petrol and cooking oil, more goodies are coming for motorcyclists in Penang and this time, it is ‘free passage’ through the Penang Bridge.
On May 5, the first 2,000 motorcyclists crossing Penang Bridge to the island from 7am onwards will have the RM1.40 toll paid for them.
