PRAYERS and welfare programmes will be held to commemorate the third anniversary of the passing of DAP stalwart and lawyer Karpal Singh at Wadda Gurdwara Sahib in Penang.
Jagdeep Singh Deo, the eldest son of Karpal, said the public are welcome to the temple in Jalan Gurdwara for a series of events to be held from 7am to 1pm today.
