KOTA KINABALU: A gold mining operation in Tawau is set to begin with its proponents getting almost all the requirements approved.
Sabah Environment Protection Department director Mohd Yusrie Abdullah said the company involved had received land title for its mining activities after meeting the requirements set by the Land and Surveys Department.
