RESIDENTS in Taman Bukit Teratai, Ampang had barely recovered from a mud flood in March when it happened again on Tuesday.
Floodwater and debris flowed into 14 houses when a downpour caused the retention pond at the Sungai Besi-Ulu Kelang Elevated Expressway (SUKE) worksite to give way.
