FORMER Penang Island City Council secretary Datuk Ang Aing Thye has been appointed chief engineer of the Penang Transport Master Plan’s Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV).
State executive councillor Chow Kon Yeow, who made the announcement, said Ang (pic). took up the position on March 1.
