KUCHING: The state Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism Ministry (MDTCC) has crippled a sugar smuggling syndicate with the arrest of four individuals in Lundu on Tuesday.
State MDTCC deputy director Abdul Hafidz A Rahim said enforcement officers detained the individuals, along with two vans that transported the smuggled goods, at Biawak CIQ during its Ops Manis.
