JOHOR BARU: Travel agents should be more open towards transformations that could boost sales and draw more clients via online, said Johor Tourism, Domestic Trade and Consumerism Committee chairman Datuk Tee Siew Kiong.
He urged agents to come up with packages that fulfilled the demands of tourists and switch their ways of conducting business to ensure the continuity of the industry.
