THOSE who are successful in getting People’s Housing Project (PPR) units in Kuala Lumpur must embrace proper habits and discipline to ensure their living conditions do not go from bad to worse.

Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) Housing Management and Community Development department deputy director Mohd Muzammer Jamaluddin said new PPR dwellers must “change their way of living” to ensure they live in a fairly decent and healthy environment.
