No reports of H5N1 avian flu cases in Johor

KLUANG: The state authorities are closely monitoring the situation in Johor following the H5N1 avian flu outbreak in two more districts in Kelantan — Pasir Putih and Bachok — besides Kota Baru and Pasir Mas.

Johor Health, Environment, Educational and Information committee chairman Datuk Ayub Rahmat, however, said there were no reports of H5N1 cases in the state to date.
