Waste from no man’s land clogged drains, caused flood

An excavator digging up wastes in an attempt to unclog the drain.

IT IS still unclear who is to blame for the flash flood at the Jalan Datuk Abu Bakar-Sprint Highway interchange that submerged two cars on Tuesday evening.

All the concerned authorities are not taking responsibility over the incident that also caused a traffic standstill and congestion in Petaling Jaya and Kuala Lumpur.
