MIRI: The proposal for all Miri schools to have safety and security wardens took on an added-urgency following an incident where a primary school boy suffocated after being locked inside a car in front of a school here yesterday.

In the 5pm incident, the 10-year-old boy was accidentally locked in a car for more than half an hour in a car parked outside the school, near the Miri District office.
