MIRI: Sarawak authorities have set a deadline of March 2019 to complete upgrading the Marudi-Miri road, which is the only land link for more than 30,000 people in Marudi with the outside world.
State Assistant Local Government Minister Datuk Penguang Manggil said the authorities were monitoring the progress made by CMS Sarawak, the contractor for the project.
