Owners say it sometimes takes less than five minutes of rain to cause the drains to overflow and flood Jalan Bandar 2 in Pusat Bandar Puchong.

THE ground-level shops at the Jalan Bandar 2 apartment blocks in Pusat Bandar Puchong have been facing the risk of flooding for the past three years.

The owners say it sometimes takes as little as five minutes for the rising water to start covering the road outside.
